Andrew Ryan

Mr. Ryan, founder of The Ryan Law Group LLP, is a commercial attorney with more than 35 years of practice experience.  Mr. Ryan has extensive corporate transactional and commercial litigation and arbitration experience extending across a wide range of industries including basic industrial, telecommunications/media, technology and financial services.  Mr. Ryan has advised numerous U.S. and foreign clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, licensing and other partnering arrangements, debt and equity financings, restructurings, foreign and direct investments and intellectual property matters.  Mr. Ryan’s clients cover a broad spectrum ranging from foreign entities with business activities in the U.S., to publicly traded international and domestic companies, and privately held businesses seeking venture capital for their continued growth.  Prior to founding The Ryan Law Group LLP, Mr. Ryan was a founding partner in Salisbury & Ryan LLP.  Mr. Ryan is admitted to practice in New York.

David Prokop - OF COUNSEL

Mr. Prokop has a diversified practice background with areas of concentration in transactional, real estate, and financial matters.  Mr. Prokop also has extensive experience with new business development, purchase and sale of business entities, estate practice, municipal representation, and dispute resolution related to his areas of practice.  Mr. Prokop is based in Long Island, New York and is admitted to practice in New York.

James Golden - Of Counsel

Mr. Golden practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, banking and financial litigation, employment litigation, professional liability, health care, election law, products and premises liability and civil rights.  Mr. Golden has advocated on behalf of clients in state and federal bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, and state and federal appellate courts.  He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Golden is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
